Make the Connection is a national campaign from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to help connect Veterans and their families and friends with videos from fellow Veterans who share their challenging experiences. As someone who served in the United States Army, I have empathy for Courtney's story. I am glad more veterans are finding mental health resources and care. As our confidence continues to grow, we are better able to share our stories of how we are doing TODAY in their healing journeys. These are just a few of the veterans stories that are inspiring and comforting to me. It proves that "Today I AM" not alone in my healing journey. Go to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ national public awareness page , " Make The Connection " to connect and find mental health resources in your area. Remember you are not meant to be alone in your mental health journey. #iCU365 ππΏπ Living Fit and Well TODAY I AM "Thriving"! https://www.oneve
