The practice of thanksgiving is a daily attitude and behavior.  Today, the last day of November, my meditation practice included movement; specifically dancing.  When I reflect back on the last thirty days, I experienced a plethora  of unhealthy emotions, some of which were very new to me. But during this same period, I discovered I was more resilient than I ever knew.  So I will dance like David danced because GOD never fails and I am grateful that HE never gives up on me. The practice of thanksgiving is a daily attitude and behavior. Look around, see how the birds, animals, flowers, trees, sun, moon, clouds, and stars are still doing what they were created to do despite what is going on around them.
