Sister CheckIN - Be Honest



It's not good enough to say "I've been meaning to check in on you". Let's go one step further; beyond the text and make a call.  I know we are in the age of texting but it is still so much better to hear their voice and EVEN BETTER to see their face. They would really enjoy seeing yours. A missed call is not a bad thing.  It really says that today, they were NOT business as usual.

Be aware...Be present...Be honest...no judging...BE REAL!

I am SOOOOO EXCITED!  In August, i started a #100day walking challenge AND  i am STILL walking a minimum of 30 minutes EVERYDAY!  Actually, i am in #my2ndQuarter.  How is this possible?
