TODAY's video is about my #GirlTrek stress protest Day #77. #iAmGrateful 🍁🍂🍃 I dedicate today's GirlTrek walk to the #GirlTrekVeterans and #MomsInPrayer Veterans THANK YOU for your sacrifice and service!!! #iAmGrateful 🍁🍂🍃 #iAmAVeteran #ArmyStrong   🙏#iPRAY365 for your total wholeness and protection of the self-care process you choose to be free from unhealthy habits and people.  You are worth it! 

The stress protest continues as i am worth every minute i spend on my in self-care. I am no good to anyone when i am less than my best me. JESUS said in John 10:10... 'The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.' So why would i knowingly live another way than what JESUS intended for me? The enemy has his agenda and i have a DIVINE PURPOSE with everything i need to live MORE ABUNDANTLY!

#iAmGrateful 🍁🍂🍃for FAMILY! Those i have by marriage, by blood, by birthing, by rebirth (those who choose to ride with me (there are very few of these) and those who have a specific season and reason for being connected to me. IT TAKES A VILLAGE! GirlTrek is my newest family and they are definitely for a specific season (NOW) and reason (my wholeness). GirlTrek is MORE than walking. It is FREEDOM from all things in opposition to my stress protest...mind, body, and spirit.

TODAY's DECLARATION...
I WILL LIVE AS MY HEAVENLY FATHER PLANNED and DAILY PROVIDES for me to live...MORE ABUNDANTLY! IN JESUS NAME AMEN AMEN!!!
